Terms of use

You must be 18 or over. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are removed. You may hold one account unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant OutfitOK a licence to store, resize, re-encode and display that content for the purpose of running the service — showing your decision to the people you chose to show it to, and generating the share preview for links you create.

That licence is limited to operating OutfitOK. It does not let us sell your images, license them to third parties, or use them in advertising. It ends for new display when you delete the content, subject to reasonable time for backups and caches to clear.

• You have the right to post the images, and anyone else visible in them agreed to it.
• You are not posting a photo of a stranger, or of anyone under 18 as the subject of a decision.
• You will follow the community guidelines.
• You will disclose paid or gifted arrangements when you post about them.

We may remove content, limit an account, or end an account that breaks the community guidelines or these terms. Serious cases — non-consensual imagery, threats, content involving minors — result in immediate removal.

Every moderation action is logged. If we act on something of yours, you can appeal and a person will review it again.

OutfitOK is a community of people giving opinions about clothes. Nothing on it is professional advice, and votes are not a guarantee about how something will be received. Use your own judgement, particularly for dress codes at religious, cultural, professional or formal events.

Product links posted by members may be affiliate links, and are labelled as such where they are. Any sponsored content is conspicuously marked. Commercial arrangements never affect vote tallies or feed ranking, and we do not substitute a link you posted for a monetised one.

OutfitOK is early software provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time from settings, which removes your profile, decisions, images and comments. Aggregate counts that no longer identify you, and moderation records, are retained.

If these terms change materially, we will say so on the site before the change takes effect. The community guidelines form part of these terms.

OutfitOK is owned and operated by PGBDIC LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Illinois, United States. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “OutfitOK”, they mean PGBDIC LLC.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
